CONTE TO SELL OSCAR TO INTER MILAN

Chelsea coach Antonio Conte is set to offload Brazilian Oscar to Inter Milan as he is not impressed with the work ethics of the player, according to reports.

The former coach of the Italian national team will reported to be willing to let the player go if Inter Milan can bring as much as £30 million for the play maker.

The 24-year old has a lot of admirers but Conte feels the player was lazy in the 3-2 loss to Spanish giant Real Madrid in Detroit. The former Juventus manager feels the player does not work as hard for the team and it might affect the style of play he is hoping to develop at the club.

When Conte was asked about the future of the player ahead of the new campaign, the coach was coy when he said all the 29 players in the team are Chelsea’s at the moment. He said he would decide after his tour with the players. He admitted that some players would go and others would remain as it is football. The coach says he remains focused on reaching the target at the season’s end and is looking at developing a team off and on the pitch as he has learnt was best after many years as a coach.

Inter Milan wants the player to join their team as they strengthen their squad ahead of the new season. They are hoping to cut off striker Mauro Icardi in exchange for Juventus’ Edison Cavani. They would play a final pre season against Everton as they are still testing new ideas with the team. Everton lost to Juventus and Atletico Madrid and would be looking to stage an upset when they met. The game will be played in Norway on August 5 and it would serve as the last warm up game for Everton before they return to play in the Premier League.
